This guest room needed a refresh.  We started with a pop of an uplifting, colorful fabric with an abundance of texture.

One that would make anyone smile if they were a guest in this room.

We married embroidered blue and turquoise florals on the window treatments with overscaled, bold stripes on the rug.

A triptych of artwork was added above the headboard and in our travels we discovered the perfect piece for above this client’s blue velvet chair.

 

And so what if you’re not a guest in this house?  Like a moth to the flame…it’s just that inviting.
